• All orders are custom made. Please allow 7- 14 business days for us to hand-make your items (this does not include shipping times). 
• Orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 3-5 days (First Class) or 2-3 days (Priority) for your items to reach you.
• Speak To Me Expressions is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS. 
• If you are using PayPal, please ensure that the shipping address is correct prior to checkout. 
• Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for updates.
